Privacy Policy

This site is run by AN DI (ABN 44 604 997 597), 5A/854 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Your account. If you create an account we keep your name, email address, phone number and any saved addresses. Your password is stored hashed, we can’t read it.

Orders. For each order we keep what you ordered, the service date, pick-up or delivery, the delivery address and any notes or special instructions you add.

Dietary requirements and allergies. When you tell us about allergies or dietary needs, we use them only to prepare your food and share them only with the staff cooking and packing your order.

Enquiries. When you send a quote request we receive your name, email, and anything else you type in, such as company, phone, date, headcount and your message.

Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe, we never see or store your full card number.

Site analytics. We use PostHog to understand how the site is used, which pages get visited, what gets clicked, plus rough location and device information.

Spam protection. Our enquiry form and payment step use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out. It checks some technical signals from your browser but doesn’t show puzzles for most visitors.

We use your details to prepare, deliver and confirm your orders, answer enquiries, send receipts and tax invoices, prevent fraud and improve the site. We don’t sell your details to anyone, and we only email you about your orders and enquiries.

A few services help us run the site. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job, and some store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

• Stripe processes card payments.
• Resend delivers order and enquiry emails.
• PostHog provides our site analytics.
• Cloudflare protects our forms and checkout from spam.
• Railway hosts the site and its database.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to hold your cart between visits. PostHog and Stripe also set cookies for analytics and fraud prevention. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, though signing in and checkout need them to work.

We keep order records for as long as Australian tax law requires. You can view and update your account details any time from your account page. To get a copy of what we hold, correct it, or close your account, email us and we’ll sort it out.
